  I normally shop online. Bought a bag on MK's website but had to bring it in to return because the bag was too heavy. Only a couple customers were there but each transactions took forever. I had to wait for the manager for return, not friendly, not a smile, not a hi, just a quick glance at me and walk away. Kept me waiting half and hour just to return a bag. The sale associate was pretty nice tho.

  Terrible sales associates & managers. WAS a customer of MK for years, up until recently. My boyfriend bought me a bracelet set from here, and the week after i notice the stones came off, I was able to exchange it for the same thing. Then a week after, I notice the same replacement had the same issue- and the manager was NOT only unavailable to help me resolve the issue but was also rude & nasty and directed me to customer service. As an employee for retail myself, I ALWAYS learned that the customer is always right and SHOULD be satisfied with their purchase. NEVER again will I spend my money on poor quality made jewelry.
