  Men's Mart is the absolute worst place to shop. They have horrible customer service. I recently got married and used this store to rent all of our suites. They messed up 5 of the 6 suits and refused there was anything wrong until we brought it up. Three of my groomsmen were given shoes in the wrong size, one of my groomsmen had to buy new pants, another didn't get the proper size suit jacket, 3 of the ties did not match the groom's and we all received the incorrect shirts. When this was brought to the attention of the store managers and employees they were all extremely rude and claimed there was nothing they could do about it. After going back and forth they said they would return my call and try to refund us for the incorrect items. During the process of listing all the issues, they then began to accuse us and tell us that it was our fault that the things were sized wrong and didnt match. Not sure how that makes any sense since the groom's suite is the template for the group. Over a week later and they have still not called me regarding these issues. Needless to day, I would never shop here again or recommend it to anyone in need of a suit, rent or buy.
