  A huge thank you to Jennifer and others at the Rockaway/Enterprise store! Jennifer is so unbelievably knowledgeable about mattress components and construction, and the Mattress Firm product lines and policies - so refreshing for such a young girl! We took our time testing them in this store and were thrilled with Jennifer's knowledge, suggestions and her patience. I could've easily gotten overwhelmed with all of the options! Instead, Jennifer educated us on the differences among the types and had us focus on comfort, especially at the pressure points. We appreciated not having the typical high-pressure sales tactics, and received much-needed assistance to make a combined decision! We made the decision knowing that they provide a 120 day guarantee! We also chose the L&P 700 Adjustable base. The delivery guys were great! They were pros at maneuvering the heavy queen base to the 2nd floor - it almost didn't fit! They were punctual, friendly and attentive to the red-carpet policy:-) If you need a bed, go to the 300 Enterprise Drive location and ask for Jennifer or Josephine - they have your best interests in mind.
